Meeting Rooms

Make you next meeting memorable, at Historic Spanish Point.

The meeting and lecture facilities are suitable for clubs, community organizations and businesses. Two meeting rooms are located in the Visitors Center, which is housed in the restored 1927 Osprey School. Listed below are the current room rental rates. A $25 security deposit is required for ALL rentals before the date may be confirmed.
[If food will be served the security deposit is $50.] 7% Sales Tax is charged on rentals unless renter is a qualified non-profit. Events serving food will be charged an additional $10.00 per hour. No rentals are allowed without a deposit, the signed contract, and Renter Release Form. Rooms are available Monday through Saturday only.

Classroom B:
Will accommodate 25-30 people and is available for daytime or evening meetings. (9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.)

Non Profit Rate:
Daytime $28.60 per hour  |  Evening $38.60 per hour

For Profit Rate:
Daytime $39.15 per hour  |  Evening $49.15 per hour


Community Meeting Room: (Classrooms A and B combined)

Will accommodate 50-70 people in lecture format and is generally available only 4:00p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Evening Only:
Non-Profit $43.90 per hour
For-Profit $70.30 per hour
